A custom café racer motorcycle in a darkened workshop

Est. 2009 · Portland, Oregon

Built by hand.
Ridden hard.

We turn rusted barn-finds and bare frames into café racers, scramblers, and restorations that look mean and run meaner. No shortcuts. No factory floor. Just steel, sparks, and the right kind of stubborn.

The Shop

A garage,
not a factory.

Ironwolf Moto started in a two-bay garage with a welder, a parts bike, and a bad attitude toward mass production. Seventeen years later, not much has changed except the square footage.

Every machine that leaves here is built by the same hands that tore it down. We fabricate what we can't buy, tune by ear and dyno, and we don't hand over the keys until it's right.

I handed them a milk crate of rusted Honda parts and a vague idea. They handed me back the best motorcycle I've ever thrown a leg over.

These are the only people I trust with the BMW. Frame-off restoration, done right, no shortcuts, no excuses.
