Dark roasted barley and a sack of flaked oats give this stout a pour-it-slow body, with cocoa and cold-brew coffee on the nose. Nitro-conditioned for that cascading head.

Twenty-foot windows, concrete floors and the smell of the brewhouse next door. We kept the bones of the old iron foundry and built a bar where the casting pit used to be. Bring the dog, bring the kids, bring your worst trivia team.
