Delivery, answered.
When do I need to order for same-day delivery?+
Order by 11am Tuesday through Saturday and we'll deliver that afternoon within Greater Asheville. After 11am, we'll deliver first thing the next delivery day.
Can I pause or skip a subscription delivery?+
Always. Pause, skip, or change your address anytime from your account — no fees, no awkward phone calls. Skip a week and we'll simply pick back up next time.
What if no one is home?+
We leave bouquets in a shaded, sheltered spot and text a photo so you know it landed safely. For office or hospital deliveries we hand them to the front desk.
Do you deliver on weekends or holidays?+
We deliver Saturdays and add Sunday slots for major flower holidays (Valentine's, Mother's Day). We rest on Mondays so our flowers — and our team — start the week fresh.
