Do I need to be home during the clean?+
Not at all. Most clients give us a key, code, or lockbox access. You'll get a heads-up when the crew arrives and when they're done.
What's included in a standard clean?+
Every visit covers kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas top to bottom — counters, floors, surfaces, fixtures, beds, and trash. Add-ons like inside the oven or fridge are available at booking.
Are your products safe for kids and pets?+
Yes. Our standard products are effective and low-residue, and you can add our fragrance-free, plant-based Eco Green line to any plan for homes with little ones or pets.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?+
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and re-clean the area free. That's our spotless-or-we-return guarantee, on every single visit.
