Squalane: the lightweight oil that suits almost everyone

A stable, skin-mimicking emollient that hydrates without heaviness — even for oily skin.

A golden drop of facial oil catching warm light

Squalane is a saturated, shelf-stable version of squalene — a lipid your own skin makes. Because it's so close to what skin produces, it absorbs cleanly, softens texture and reinforces the barrier without the heavy, greasy feel of many plant oils.

Even oily skin tolerates it

It's lightweight and rated non-comedogenic, so it rarely clogs pores. That makes it one of the few facial oils that combination and oily skin can use comfortably, often as a final step to seal in water-based hydration.

A reliable carrier, too

Squalane's stability makes it an excellent base for gentler delivery of actives like retinal and bakuchiol, cushioning the formula so stronger ingredients feel kinder on application.
