What sets Marcus apart is fluency in the business behind the document. He has structured hundreds of acquisitions, financings, and reorganizations, and he reads a cap table the way litigators read a docket — for leverage and for risk.
He co-founded the firm with Eleanor Hale and continues to serve as outside general counsel to several of the firm's longest-standing clients.
